Thanks for the feedback. I don't really follow the market enough on a day-to-day basis to really predict anything, but I'm generally skeptical of any kind of housing crash. The financial crisis served as an advertisement for derivatives to weather market downturns, and interest rates appear to be easing up anyhow. And if interest rates don't change, markets won't change much. /twocents.
